“ Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood and supported. “

Bessel Van Der Kolk

Navigating the daily demands of our lives can leave us feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Taking the time to quieten the waves we have to deal with can make the navigation easier.

A core philosophy I firmly believe in is that we have the solution within ourselves to solve the challenges that overwhelm us. Counselling provides the opportunity to identify and utilise the strengths we have and possibly create new ones in the process.

I offer a safe and confidential space where we can explore the thoughts, feelings and routines that cause the inner disruption. Working in a collaborative and supportive process, we can find an improved internal balance that will assist in positive growth and development.

The pluralistic approach recognises and values your own individuality and experiences, allowing for a flexible approach within the therapeutic relationship and the counselling process.
